Women’s networking in Phoenix, AZ, with room to go deeper.
There's a special kind of magic in a room of 175 women. But there's another kind — quieter, deeper — in a circle of twelve, where everybody knows your name and somebody always notices when you're carrying too much.
NAARI Circles are our smaller rooms: ongoing gatherings built around the parts of a woman's life that deserve more than a single event. Each circle has its own rhythm, its own leaders, its own heartbeat — but they all share one rule: come exactly as you are.
Smaller rooms. Deeper roots.
H
Health & Wellness Circle
We were taught to care for everyone first.
Ask an Indian woman how she is, and she'll tell you how her family is. We are the daughters of women who ate last, slept least, and called it love. We inherited their strength — and, if we're honest, their exhaustion. We manage careers, homes, aging parents, growing children, and community expectations, often on a foundation of skipped meals and postponed rest.
The Health & Wellness Circle is where that story changes: a dedicated space for the woman behind the ambition — her body, her mind, her spirit. Not wellness as another item on the to-do list, but wellness as a homecoming — to rest without guilt, to move with joy, to speak honestly about what it costs to hold everything together.
What the circle holds:
Move & Breathe — yoga flows, walk-and-talk meetups, and movement that feels like celebration, not punishment.
Rooted Wisdom — our grandmothers knew things: turmeric, breathwork, seasonal eating, rest as ritual. We honor that knowledge alongside modern wellness science.
Honest Circles — facilitated conversations about burnout, boundaries, motherhood, marriage, menopause, mental health — the topics we were taught not to name, spoken aloud among women who understand.
Rest, Without Apology — because "I'm tired" is a complete sentence, and a rested woman is a powerful woman.
Your well-being is not a luxury. It's the foundation everything else is built on.
P
Professional Mentorship Circle
Nobody should have to figure out her career alone.
This circle pairs ambition with experience: seasoned women across industries mentoring those who are climbing, pivoting, or returning. Resume reviews over coffee. Mock interviews with women who've sat on the other side of the table. Sponsors who say your name in rooms you're not in yet.
Whether you're chasing your first promotion or your next reinvention, there's a woman here who's walked your road — and she's reaching back.
What the circle holds:
One-on-one and small-group mentorship matches
Career workshops: resumes, interviews, negotiation, personal branding
Leadership circles for women managing teams and navigating corporate life
The fastest way up is with someone who's already been there.
E
Entrepreneurial Mentorship Circle
Bring your imperfect dream. We'll help you finish it.
This circle is for the founders and the founder-curious: women building businesses from kitchen tables and co-working desks, turning side hustles into main things. Here, experienced entrepreneurs share what actually worked — pricing, packaging, customers, courage — and the sisterhood becomes your first focus group, cheer squad, and customer base, all in one room.
What the circle holds:
Founder circles: honest conversations about building, month after month
You don't need permission to start. But it helps to have sisters.
G
Community Giveback Circle
The sisterhood, turned outward.
We were raised to give — it's in our culture's bones. Seva, service, isn't something we do when we have time; it's who we are. This circle channels the strength of 1,800+ members strong in our first year into lifting the world around us: food drives, school supply collections, mentorship for girls, support for women in crisis.
Because a community this blessed doesn't just rise together — it reaches back.
What the circle holds:
Seasonal service projects the whole sisterhood can join
Partnerships with organizations serving women and families
Giving traditions that become part of NAARI's story
We rise by lifting others. That's not charity — that's culture.
