Spill the Chai with Naari South Asian women's podcast cover

Real conversations. Remarkable women. One cup of chai at a time.

Spill the Chai with Naari brings our community together for candid conversations with women who inspire, lead, build and give back.

Launching soon. Join our community to hear about our first recording and upcoming guests.

Come for the chai. Stay for the sisterhood.

The women you'll meet

The Founders

Women who turned kitchen-table ideas into thriving businesses: boutiques, tech startups, food brands, consultancies. They'll share the unglamorous truth — the failed launches, the pricing mistakes, the month they almost quit — and the moment it all turned.

The Corporate Trailblazers

VPs, directors, and executives who climbed ladders that weren't built for them. How they negotiated, how they handled the only-woman-in-the-room years, and what they'd tell their 25-year-old selves.

The Artists & Creatives

Dancers, designers, writers, photographers, chefs, and makers who chose the brave path. Conversations about making art, making a living, and making your family understand both.

The Changemakers

Nonprofit leaders, activists, educators, and community builders turning compassion into action. The women doing the quiet, hard work of lifting others — and what keeps them going.

The Reinventors

The pivoters, the returners, the late bloomers. Women who left careers for babies and came back stronger, who switched industries at 40, who started over in a new country with two suitcases and a prayer. Proof it's never too late to begin again.

The Quiet Revolutionaries

The mothers, caregivers, and community anchors whose names you'll never see in headlines — but whose strength holds entire families, and this sisterhood, together. Because extraordinary doesn't always wear a title.

The format

Honest, heartwarming, unscripted.

One episode every month.

Recorded live at Two for Joy Cafe, Chandler Fashion Center — with a sisterhood audience.

First recording date TBD — join the list and you'll be first to know.

Meet your host

Sejal Chaturvedi founded NAARI — the Network of Ambitious and Resilient Indian Women — around a table, over chai, with a simple belief: no ambitious woman should have to rise alone. A Senior Program Manager, MBA, and entrepreneur, she now leads 1,800+ members in our first year. On Spill the Chai with Naari, she asks the questions women really want answered — and listens the way only a sister can.
